HCCI Grants

The Home Centered Care Institute (HCCI) is focused on expanding home-based primary care (HBPC) practices throughout the United States by educating and training health care leaders in the practice of HBPC. Our education programs are subsidized to make HBPC training accessible and affordable. For qualified applicants who need additional assistance, HCCI is in the process of developing a grant program to support both individuals and organizations.

Education

HCCI offers classroom workshops, online courses, and practicum experiences for individuals and practice groups to enhance their knowledge and skills in home-based primary care.

We recognize the numerous challenges that can be encountered by home-based primary care (HBPC) providers. Through the HCCIntelligence Resource Center, we offer free access to knowledgeable experts and timely guidance.

Research

HCCI closely monitors and shares published studies relevant to the field and reports on findings and outcomes – in particular, those that contribute to the business case and identification of best practices in HBPC.
