How to use the Hub
We know there is a lot of new information coming at you every day about COVID-19, from updates to fact sheets, and everything in between. That’s why we created the HCCI COVID-19 Information Hub – to serve as a central source of information on the pandemic for home-based primary care (HBCP) providers and practices, and others who find it helpful.
To make it valuable and as easy as possible to navigate, we’ve done several things:
- We continually assess and vet information coming out about COVID-19 from key groups, like the CDC and CMS.
- We then identify topics and areas in the new information that we believe is most relevant to HBPC providers and practices and create updates containing that information. That’s what you’ll see in the first section below, entitled “HCCI Home-Based Primary Care-Specific Updates.”
- We also continually assess sections, as needed, to see if anything should be added, removed or changed. And, because we don’t want the hub to become overwhelming to the point where it’s not useful, we regularly adjust categories, placement, etc. – always focusing on what we believe will be most valuable to you.
- We add “New” to anything added in that current week. Once the next week comes, that “New” label is removed.
- Because there’s still a lot to read, if we think an item is critically important to draw attention to, we use the “Key Update” label.
Thank you… and please stay safe and well.
